We are currently seeking technicians of all experience levels, and both full and part-time positions are available. Full-time technicians will be offered benefits after 90 days, and also be presented with the opportunity to take advantage of an awesome paid time off policy and 401K with a company match after one year.

A little Bit About Cornerstone Dental Labs & What You Will Be Getting Yourself Into

Cornerstone Dental Labs was founded in 1989 by John P. Collins, a master dental technician. In the beginning, he serviced dentists throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Flash forward to 2016, and we now serve a countless number of clients all over the United States. Plus, these days, we are more than just a dental lab, and every member of our staff gets to travel all over the country to attend various conferences, events, and meetings. We also host CE events, CDT exams, and do everything that we can to give back to our local community. Inevitably, we are a team of dental technicians who are eager to learn and love what we do both inside and outside of the office!

Who will succeed at this position?

You will succeed as a dental laboratory technician at our office if you have superior eye-hand coordination, an ability to recognize the variations in shape and color, attention to detail, a keen interest in emerging dental laboratory technologies and material sciences. Technicians who are willing to communicate with dentists and/or their patients and meet their ever-changing demands with ease will also find the most success.
